Remember, Peter Schiff was Right

It is ravenously, and often condescendingly, asserted that those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it. This much is true but ultimately empty enough so as to be sufficiently misleading. A knowledge of history, even a rather thorough one, is no great indemnity against its repetition. Those who wield its wisdom and who sound its warning bells will be greeted as either humbugs or lunatics. Their dismissal will be as earnest as it is in general. And in the end the very history they warned against will be the very history they must repeat. For we are not so very separated that the actions of others may not direct our fates. Our destinies cannot so very often be exclusive. Nor can they be so very often different. Ignorance is a contagion whose fever requires no error before the congress of its infestation. And in a harbor where there is no shelter for the reprisals of your returns footfalls may be heard at a distance but they cannot so clearly be avoided.

You gave great points here. I did some research on the subject and have found nearly all people agree with your website.
