Movie Review: Karate Kid

The Karate Kid is a movie. It stars Will Smith, Bolo Young and was directed by Clint Eastwood.  It may be the greatest movie that was ever made.

The Karate Kid is the story of a young man named Ralph Machio.  After the local Timex Sinclair Factory shuts down he moves with his mother across the country to New Jersey so that she can pursue her dream of starting a free range tofu farm.  Also they move there to be near Ralph’s dad whom in 1972 unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime he didn’t commit. He promptly escaped from a maximum security stockate to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government,  he survives as a soldier of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire this guy.

I really liked this movie.  It was full of good action and it taught me how to do Karate and also now I know more about the culture of Japan and New Jersey too.  Also the special effects were cool!
