In Case You Forgot The Subprime Crises Was Created by Congress

This video made its way around the internet a couple of years ago. It is an absurdly delicious look at those who should have taken the lions share of blame in the subprime crises performing the very acts that should have brought on that notoriety. Unfortunately this got tossed down the memory hole when the correct truth was being written and the narrative that stands today is rather at odds with documented realities. All the same I thought it would be fun to place this here the day after that awful man Alan Greenspan spanked those even more awful people in congress for forcing the financial industry to give loans to those who could never pay them back thus creating the need for exotic financial practices to keep the financial industry from going bankrupt from these loans. That, of course, guaranteed the economic meltdown that occurred.

Also of some importance to remember here, while you are watching this video, is that the Republicans were better than the Democrats in trying to avert the financial disaster brought on by the vote buying scheme known as the Community Reinvestment Act . . . but they are not blameless in this either. The correct response when dealing with draconian regulation that is destroying the property and wealth of hardworking Americans is not merely to regulate it more . . . the correct response is to abolish that regulation period. Talk about redistributing the wealth . . . can you imagine how much more money could be changing hands through the markets if congress were not continually stifling them by re-writing the rules in favor of those that make themselves rich off the middle class in the name of the poor?

It has been a while since I visited your site. It looks like I came back just in time. I see you have conveniently forgot to mention that Bill O’Reilly(who is my homeboy)totally took Barney Frank to task over this issue and destroyed him through the power of not opining nor bloviating. It was awesome. I suggest you find that video and link it here. Good day!
