I used to work out with WTF. But then they sent all their factories over to china and quality control went way down. So I was left kicking sand into a bucket and then charles atlas thought he could stop me with some dynamic tension. I was all like no way dude. ANd then I karate kung fu kicked him in the head. He was like this little girlie man after that and I totally was more awesome.
