Not so very recently notoriously self precious funny man  Bill Maher celebratedly observed that some Republicans love Ronald Reagan in a way that is “homosexual”.  Strangely enough premium television’s most noted shock polemicist had rather less to say on the subject of bigotted atheists who love Barack Obama in a way that is religious.
